When do u feel most at peace ?

LOL. At the moment, I'm studying quantum mechanics (physics is my main interest), along with a parallel course in computer science, based on Python and another half course in Italian. All in all, I have to study about seven or eight hours a day, and check out WP on my ten minute breaks.

I feel most at peace when alone in the Irish countryside.

Do you prefer digital or analogue clocks?

No preference.

Same question.

Analogue. The only digital clock I have is on my stove.

Did you have a date for your high school prom / graduation?

I forgot my philosophy course above, somehow.

I didn't have a date for our prom.

What's the most exotic country you've visited?

I've never been outside of the United States, the most exotic place I've been (and also my favorite place I've been) is Hawai'i. I absolutely love the rainforest.

Same question.

If one exists, what's your favorite character from any show on the spectrum?

Not sure, but Spencer Reed from Criminal Minds is a personal favorite.

Same question.

Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory, Spock from Star Trek, the accountant from the Kojak episode The Mouse and Mr Beemis from the Twilight Zone episode Time Enough at Last. All speculative.

Thanks! I just love to understand things. I suppose it's a compensation for never having excelled in social matters (most people's priority). Given that I've never had anyone else, or anything external, to give my life meaning, I guess I chose to live in my mind instead. I actually think I overdo it; I study so much that I have no time to tidy my house, no time to prepare good quality meals, no time to talk to family and no time to catch up on casual reading. I seriously feel close to fainting sometimes, and I'd dare say any episodic cognitive decline such as I mentioned a while ago is probably down to overuse of those faculties.

Tips for studying: learn a few basic mnemonic techniques (the books of Tony Buzan and Dominic O'Brien are good for this); learn time management skills (there'll be books for this, too, but it's mostly common sense); make sure you aim to complete assignments and readings a few days BEFORE you're required to do so, so you have something to fall back on; learn to take notes efficiently; bring recording devices into your lectures so that you can revisit them later if necessary (this is particularly important if you find yourself struggling to keep up with your lecturer in real time); use holidays and mid-term breaks to get ahead of the rest of the class; don't be afraid to ask questions of your lecturers and TAs; don't be afraid to highlight material in your books, provided you own them yourself (use as much colour as possible); learn about mind maps (Tony Buzan, mentioned above, invented them and has written extensively on them); devise a daily routine and stick to it; try to rise early and get your coursework done sooner rather than later; get a good diet.

I suppose those will do for now.

Do you prefer eyeglasses or contact lenses?

Comtacts
My glasses make my eyes look really small n also fr whatdvef reason glasses actually aggravate my eye sensitivity

I rarely get red n puffy eyes with lenses (only if i sleep wearing them AND makeup)
but with glasses it is a guarantee.

Same q
