It’s got to say something about you when your therapist suggests that you could be a pooper-scooper-for-hire  /  In multiple sessions. Entirely seriously.

I say that I’ll take almost any job that will actually hire me, but I draw the line at anything involving excrement or bodily fluids, which I think is perfectly reasonable considering that I have a legitimate phobia of parasites.

If you have a child with level 3 autism truly delayed truly severely debilitated and disabled not in a grey spot on the spectrum but the most extreme form there is no hope for you or them. In anything. No future no present.

Thr type that even speech therapists wont take on due to some stupid 'new protocol' where child needs at least 20 words before speech therapy os given (wtf kind of new rule is that?

Put in place last yr . Before that their excuse was he wasn't focused enough. They tried to use same excuse last year but his actual therapisr had graphs charting progress to prove them wrong.

There's no use hoping. And nobody gets it except a person who is in the same situation. Nobody can believe it unless you film it and even then it doesn't show the hours and hours since they were born of non stop issues no sleep for u etc

:skull: they love to pretend they understand though and downplay what they have never experienced. The ones who have no idea.

Moment by moment neglecting attention can be a life or death situation or they get injured or they destroy something else.. Been thru countless phones laptops ipads metal baby gates etc.
If i use this site at times outside of late night eithrt im simultaneously tending to him and rewindibg the same 5-10 sec again n again (which keeps changing so u have to be alert)
Or he's with nurse n im tending to his almost equally demanding brother who will try to bang his head on the ground fr minor things like a NEIGHBOUR'S AC switching off . automatically

Spend hours outside
Repeats the same sentences fr hours that u have to repeat or he has a meltdown etc

Is the only thing that changes on Wrong Planet the forums? Also, I'm really happy right now because my search bar is working for the first time since I joined :D

Not gonna lie, that was probably the happiest moment of my day other than hanging out with my dad.

That would take a huge toll on a person , have known and seen this in prior years . My heart goes out to these people . Often they can sorta bond with one person . As well as a child on that level could bond .

Maybe , ? The most likely solution to a problem is likely the right one ?

Occam's razor is the principle that, of two explanations that account for all the facts, the simpler one is more likely to be correct. It is applied to a wide range of disciplines, including religion, physics, and medicine.

I would never pretend to care, because I wouldn't like it.

Yet I do pretend not to care, because I don't like it if it happens.

When I say, 'too human than I would've liked' I mean it. :skull:
