Whether or not I should get a haircut today or not... sounds kind of silly but I haven't had one in over a year and am wondering if it is time or if I just want to keep growing it out.

I'm basically just cutting down on here and avoiding certain conversations. Planned to do that weeks ago anyway.

I'm annoyed at how people think anyone who refuses vaccines is anti-vax.

I believe in the science of it but I have a phobia. So if there's any way to avoid things without and it doesn't seem serious to me, I avoid vaccines.

With this covid one, I'm going to take it. Feels like this virus is everywhere and mum's dr said if she got it then she will def end up in hospital if not dying so...

But things like my tetanus jab when I was 21, I just skipped it. I'm careful when I have a cut not to get my cut infected.

Irony is if I'm too phobic to go through with it then my arguments will be less than they are now. Cos all the vulnerable people in my life will already be immune. And I won't be selfish either cos that will apply to all the people in the country who are vulnerable. I just hope I'm brave enough to put my phobia aside when the time comes.

Logical thinking skills should be a mandatory class in schools. Too many people didn't learn these skills. So many logical fallacies... Fallacies everywhere I look...

No electricity since last night and right now.

... Snuck out around 4AM, in a middle of a storm.

Well, there was not much downpour then. More like a very light rain.
But the winds are something else. It was violent enough to throw off hollow blocks and cables.

I wouldn't mind violent winds this strong. As long as there's no rain, I would've even stayed...
I wonder what it looked like on a fairly dry and sunny day with that same violent wind.

Still no electricity.

Once you're my age, only 4 types of people can tell you off:

Legal types
Older relatives
Bosses
Family friends you've known since childhood

I'm sick of people thinking they can tell me off cos they're a decade older. Doesn't work that way with grown ups.

Waiting for my mom to return from the hospital.

She wasn't feeling well earlier today, so she had to drive herself to a hospital.

My NT sister and I can't drive a car, so we couldn't do so ourselves.

Burnt rice. And forced them to eat rice. The fact I do not mind burnt rice...

There was a time, when I was about to clear off a mug full of unwanted liquid.
I ought to throw the liquid out.

But for some weird reason, a lapse of judgment or some working memory crap, an entire moment of forgetting what I was supposed to be throwing.

I end up tossing the whole mug.
Next thing I knew was a crashing sound and looking down at the scattered pieces of broken ceramic.

I felt so embarrassed of whatever the heck happened, I end up laughing hard out loud and very baffled...

I did that recently. Not with a cup, but something else. Can’t remember what. Does leave one a bit embarrassed.

I spent the entire working day switching everything from my iPhone 6 to iPhone 8 Plus. Good grief!

Whether or not I actually have Aspergers... and my pet lizards. Also I want to learn more about octopuses. There’s this documentary i’ve been meaning to watch called The Octopus Teacher I think.

I just want to be the world's worst musician, like if Kurt Cobain and Seth Putnam had a baby and didn't love it. Frankenbeans doesn't even play guitar. Also, dextromethophan.

And the connection between sex addiction and loneliness.

My stepdad's "shoulds" have become stupid now.

Apparently I 'should' draw people because the Pre-Raphaelites drew people and they were the best artists ever... (I'm paraphrasing but that's how he sees it).

Whenever I draw a landscape, he says 'it could have someone on it' or 'what am I supposed to say about that'?

I'm better at drawing/painting landscapes and townscapes than I am at drawing people. I enjoy both. But he's pressurising me to only draw people.

If you've known something but forget that you knew it, do you still know it? :nerdy:

Yep.

Still rude people.

Avoiding doesn't work.

I doubt it's just autism cos I'm autistic and I'm not rude.

I don't use words like 'should' (when it's not a should) or 'obvious' or 'obviously' or 'politically correct'.

Shame cos I like some people just rude people turn up with no way of blocking them.
