I took the time to slow down my thinking. I was going on about Slim-Fast, knowing that's what I turn to in tough times. These don't have to be tough times. January doesn't have to be a tough month. I also don't have to fall victim to Slim-Fast, either. I'll listen to some nice German music from the past.
