Made mozzarella for the first time today. It was not very tasty, but it worked ! I am full of hope for my future cheeses, I can't wait to make all kinds of them. Cheeses are way too expensive here, making my own felt like the most logical thing to do.

Also, my backyard is full of bumblebees, it's a very good sight.
