I'm still really depressed and haven't done much but sleep. I don't really know what else to do because nothing I do gives me joy right now. :|

If I had a fenced in yard, I'd adopt that dog. Mine does fine on his run cord, but other pup...his foster mom says those things freak him out. I swear, something in me screams he'd be a good fit for puptastic and me.

I’m having trouble with depression or whatever it is causing me to feel so lousy. Could be anger, anxiety, regret, fear. All I know is that I have a skin on the outside and total chaos inside.

I do try to get through my day even when nothing brings me joy. Grit my teeth and clean house, do laundry, gardening, exercise. Whatever. Forget enjoyment. Forget fulfillment. Just slog through tasks.

I’m not recommending this. Just what I am doing now.

1. Yes, she is my child. Wtf.

2. I hate liminal space. And I don't mean that in an artsy way. I kinda like it that way. But the other way sucks. A lot.

This is basically where I am at the moment - don't think, just slog it out.
It has helped, I feel ok.
