Naughty list = A member who cannot be named due to Conduct Rule 3.
You can be on the naughty list for all sorts of reasons, I got 30 days for a meme and a long time for a much more serious crime. I think I know what you are getting out though and **** wasn't banned for grooming behaviour if that's what you thought I meant.

"a long time for a much more serious crime" - perhaps you had two worths the meme, then. You must be lucky, on the Good list (though what you did sounds not so good), because people get banned for much less.
The grooming craze is too recent and people aren't concerned about it on wp, that is one thing that's taken care of pretty much, depending on the situation.
Eh, I feel tricked, this website was probably supposed to be a trade, but he was right about it.
