Phone calls or Whatsapp

I usually know when to just call someone or when to send a whatsapp message. but it can be hard to decide, sometimes, can you explain how you decide?

I never used Whatsapp. I call & text very few people.

People usually have a preferred method of contact. If I know what that is, I use that method. If not, I respond to them, the same way the reach out to me.

The only thing I hate with a passion is a voicemail or text that just says "call me". I seldom if ever will if I don't know WHY they want me or what they WANT from me.

WhatsApp, I also use Skype, Goggle Chat, Apple iMessage & Facebook Messenger
