Mmm, bacon.

Dammit, now I want bacon.

I can legitimately eat bacon at any time of day or night.

There is never a wrong time for bacon.

I can too, it's just that I don't have any to cook up right now.

I have three packs at least, stacked up in the fridge for any time the bacon urge overcomes me. I can even enjoy the budget bacon range.

I just learned that my first girlfriend lost her husband earlier this summer. Actually, I don't know enough to know whether they were still together, but it doesn't really matter.

I hate this current chapter of my life so much, I'm in actual hell. My financial situation sucks, my bills are insane, I don't feel comfortable in my apartment.

The job/housing market are still awful here, especially with the language barrier.

I spent hours rearranging the furniture in my bedroom yesterday, because there's too much and it's all too big and awkward. My room became the dumping ground for all the stuff my kids didn't want, that was too heavy to lug downstairs. I tolerated it for years but finally decided to attempt moving it all around, by myself, by pushing it on broadloom even though most of this stuff is 10 ton solid wood cabinets and book cases without spots you can grab, not to mention my bed itself which is Queen sized and the box spring is made of solid kryptonite (assuming kryptonite is as heavy as my farking box spring ...)

One dresser took over an hour to push about five feet from its original spot, into the middle of my room. I was hoping it would fit inside my closet to make drawer space but I measured and it won't, so now it's stuck there and I can't move anything else because it's in the way. There's NO WAY I could ever get it down the stairs to put at the curb, even if MR and a league of weightlifters help me. I wouldn't want to paralyse anyone.

My kitten Macbeth has decided it's his own personal island and he likes sleeping on top.

I need to move the stupid thing again but now it will involve re-moving everything else and I just don't have it in me. I wish I could hire a crane to remove my roof and pull the stupid thing out.

Mind you, I do need it because I'd have nowhere else to put my fine selection of pyjamas. Seems I have no other clothes these days so there's nothing to hang in the closet otherwise.

I'm wondering what the average Computer home screen of a person with ADHD looks like...

I just tidied it yesterday which involved literally thousands of stacked photos.
It was spotless.

This is today.

I have adhd and mine is tidy. Mostly because I find it distracting and inoperable to have too many things going on, so I make an effort to have things arranged in a certain way for ease of use.

My ex, and the phone call she said she'd make to me this evening, so we can catch up on the death, fire and horror that's been going on in her life, since we last spoke in January...
