Cool here tdy, could cook.. but so far all I’ve eaten is some of my sandwiches from yesterday.

I might throw some frozen panko breaded shrimp in the air fryer later, but I def don’t really feel like cooking.

“Cooked,” some mango jalapeño chicken sausages & tomatoes with garlic and basil on them on the bbq last night, though. Figured it was bbq time since I went and got propane.

Made a couple chicken bacon ranch avocado tomato s&p sandwiches yesterday. Didn't feel like getting another loaf of bread out of the freezer so made 3 pieces open face just now. (Felt like having chicken so bought a roasted chicken at Costco a couple days ago for $7. Cheap!)

I've got a tenderloin I got on clearance. I haven't cooked it yet, it's dry-brining right now. It'll be the nicest piece of meat I've ever trusted myself to cook, leagues ahead of eye round. (Not a knock against eye round, they're tasty even if they're not very tender.)

I'll cook it to 60°C with some peppers, onions and mushrooms, baste it with some compound butter and then deglaze the pan with some beer to make a sauce.

Unfortunately my executive function means I will not have time to prepare an awesome side. (I'm no Guga)

Hopefully it turns out decent. (I'm no Guga)
