I think I might be getting sick. My head started hurting earlier, and I felt kinda feverish, but my temp was normal. I tried eating, thinking maybe it was a blood sugar thing. Drank a bunch of water thinking maybe dehydration. Still not feeling better. Took my temp and I now have a low grade fever. Meh. I'm tired, but if I nap now, I'll be up all night. Maybe I'll go make a cup of tea and think on things I can do on the couch to entertain myself for a few hours and just go to bed early. Hm.

For CockneyRebel. This is my favourite Kinks track.

Love that lyric.

That's also my favourite Kinks song. Thank you for sharing that with me.

I don't want to walk the streets of London. I just want to sit in my Shangri-La with my old German music and my cup of tea.

The song, Go-Go Round by Gordon Lightfoot reminds me of a crying girl I saw in Tim Horton's on Sunday. She had her bags with her. I'm guessing that her boyfriend must have dumped her and kicked her out.

I'm feeling better today, as I have no fever. Rather wiped out though. In all fairness, I did just wake up not so long ago, so there's hope that I'll be fine in a few hours. Morning groggy is a real thing lately.

When I was walking my dog last night, there was a great horned owl sitting on a fence about twenty feet from us.

I was covered in sleeping pit bulls for a while this evening. Not a bad way to spend an hour or two.

My mum would have loved to have seen that owl. My mum loves owls.

I seem to be sleeping a lot more lately. I shouldn't let people get to me like that.
