Having a little panic attack because I applied for the utility worker position and some guy from "talent acquisition" e-mailed me asking for a phone interview. I thought someone from our branch would review my application. I'm now worried they'll reject me for the position because I don't have a driver's license, or try to drug test me and I'll get straight fired from my current job.

All the jobs I have ever had minimum wage

s**t

Considering a side hustle, but exhausted all the time

Besides I was applying for jobs for a longfuck time earlier this year. A couple interviews. Zero offers. Not even ghettoass dumpster fire jobs like burger king, Starbucks, food Maxx, raleys, target,.

Unearned income

At the staff Christmas party.

Not much in a mood to get drunk.
This time I'm just watching it out a bit. Nothing's been driven me into going all out.

So I'm... Just at least tipsy than drunk at the moment. :o
My gut's warm and I don't think I'll be taking more without the possibility of vomiting upon swallowing more alcoholic beverage.

Only took half a 360mL bottle of 12% alcohol content. It's soju again, but with a different flavor.

Oh, and, I learned that I don't like red wine.

Somebody who lives with me has tested positive for Covid.

If you can trust those tests that is and the possibly spurious science behind them.

I guess that means I already have it or am going to get it.

My lateral flow test proved accurate, and I know of three other accurate results.
I think on balance, they can be trusted.

I remember seeing an article on the PCR tests that said the way they were engineered was with artificial intelligence, appropriating virus sequences and that effectively, the tests cannot distinguish between a common cold and Covid.

In which case, you'd test positive for even a cold, whilst having a cold.

Who knows though?

It would be nice if they are the genuine article.

Nostalgia but wanting to stay in the present
Getting over tail end of the flu
Amazed it was a short one
Incontinence
My eyes are no longer sore
Felt more German than Canadian for a few minutes
Amazon
Had a strange dream last night.

Complicating things, a cold is defined by symptoms, not by cause.
A mild case of influenza only causing upper respiratory symptoms is an example of a cold.

Corona viruses were already responsible for some portion of colds before COVID.

One of my best friends, Barb is the sickest she's ever been. I think she might have Covid.

I think my friend from work maybe almost asked me to consider being in a poly relationship with him and his wife. He mentioned that she brought poly stuff up to him, and when I said that I have mixed feelings about that stuff he said that they "jokingly" landed on asking me or some other specific person about it.

How Covid has trashed my voice, making it sound way too much like this (except mine is a bit lower, more breathy and doesn't last as long) -

I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but it's certainly a (painful) novelty.
