Last night I decided to drink whiskey and kahlua together. Googled and found there are several cocktails that include both, but didn't find a name for just the two together. Was pretty good, would drink again. (This whiskey is pretty damned good but it's cheaper than vodka so cheaper than making a black russian.)

I'm drinking cheap Chardonnay from Asda for at least the third evening running. I went to the dentist today for my 6-monthly check up (£49 for a five minute session), and the nurse saw fit to ask me how many units of alcohol I drink per week, then sternly informed me that 14 units was the 'safe limit' (it was 28 units a decade ago). I told her that maybe I should just commit suicide. That flummoxed her.....

Last night I poured baileys, kahlua, grand marnier, and some whiskey over ice in a rocks glass and sipped it. Was nice. Probably about 3.5 ounces - more than enough, only poured one drink.
