What to eat for lunch.

Brought my laptop to this every Sundays duty work.

I feel very idle and unproductive.

I hadn't slept at all last night.
It's one of those weeks.

Not without a reason nor just simply one of those weeks. This is what I get for having to come with others in order to go home because of 'safety'.


Last night, I was expecting to stay in a party just past midnight due to my weekend duties, not 5am and the last ones to go home no less.

All I have was this... 3 hour long 'sitting' with my eyes closed throughout the early morning.

The fact that I've always pushed the limits here on WP in one way or another. On the other hand, there's my love for Routemasters, The Kinks and London. Maybe I haven't outgrown my username and I've got a surprise for April.

On the other hand, why wait until April? If I'm ready, I'm ready.

I'm so glad I got my new air fryer. I reckon it's cut my cooking time down by about half

No I don't know why they call it a fryer because to me it's just like a super efficient oven.

I cooked a full roast chicken in it the other day in 40 minutes. I didn't think it was possible but it was possibly the tastiest chicken I've ever eaten. Crispy skin, white meat and it didn't lose any of it's succulence.

The last time I saw my Naturopath she gave me ear seeds.
I'd never heard of them before.
They're little ... seeds ... in your ears lol - aptly named.
They're stuck on really tight.
If you push them it stimulates the Vagus nerve.

I forgot they were in there.
They haven't come out even when showering.
It's been almost two weeks.

How do I get them out without them falling in my ears?
I'll have to ask on our next appointment.

I have no idea if they helped or not.

I get facial acupuncture from her too.

It's such a weird world, that Naturopathy stuff.
