Germany won gold in the Cantering division of Equestrian and the winner is a woman. I like it when women win medals in events that are more mixed. A bloke on the top of the podium doesn't really do anything for me in this case.

I bought a computer game, that I loved when I was a child. And I can't wait for it to arrive.

I've gone an entire day at the flea market without listening to marching band music. My fighting spirit has faded since I got my walker and has been replaced with a peaceful calm. I'm not fighting half the pain in my knees that I had to before I got my walker. Most of the pain is gone. The war is over.
