The ability to make health care professionals experience the same physical symptoms & mental distress their patients are suffering from so those mother f#ckers might actually have some empathy & sympathy for their patients.

I knew this lame stoner when I was fresh out of high school who told me this idea, and maybe he'd heard it somewhere before, where some neural bridge could be created to connect the minds so that two people could communicate perfectly with all information relayed. Anyway, we obviously delivered pizza.

I think about him sometimes because he liked to compare himself to Jesus and I used to think he was so enlightened as a girl. Anyway I do wish there was a way to make people feel your distress. I'd love to feel another person's distress too, to better understand them.
