The kettle that arrived broken through the post, despite having a different connector, had a base made in the same factory as our old kettle.
I swapped over the spade-lugged power lead to our old kettle base and it's back in business.

It feels like ages ago rather than today, because I went back to bed afterwards, but I had breakfast out with my bf this morning. Well, technically it was yesterday because it's after midnight.

Went for a CT chest today. I forgot the pathology request form and had to drive back home to get it, making me 15 minutes late.
I was still in and out in 1/2 hour
