My partner booked a van to bring her mum across the Nullarbor to live with us in 4.5 weeks.
I was disappointed that I'd have to spend another month in isolation, but it sounds like the van booking fell through.
How much longer do I have to put up with my inept self-care?

Coughing up blood again.
Why does it always stop the moment I walk into A&E... And start again the moment I get home and into bed?

I was at A&E until 2 am, but just like yesterday I stopped coughing up blood as soon as I got to the door.
When I got back home and horizontal it started up again, so I've been sitting up all night

Since my only 2 friends within 100km died last year, I have nobody who can feed my dogs if I go to hospital.
