I found out that I definitely cannot just cut doses of my antidepressants in half. I got a severe panic attack and it is just something I never care to experience again. I should have learnt my lesson the last time but didn't. I guess I have to stay on this the rest of my life or taper it very, very, slowly somehow.

You didn't mention that in the past he downplayed the significance of a global pandemic thereby increasing the death-count in the U.S., and instigated a violent insurrection attack on the U.S. Capital which disappointed him by not overturning the election results and killing his VP...and he did not care that it incidentally killed some government employees who were trying to do their jobs to protect the nation And he risked national security by illegally taking a large quantity of highly-classified information and storing it in a bathroom in a non-secure building. And he prefers to associate with and flatter dictators who want to harm the U.S. rather than with the leaders of friendly nations. Oh, and he called people who sacrificed their lives for U.S. security and safety "losers".

Yeah, I'm not too happy about this either.

I'm unhappy that half the voters in my country are actively trying to manifest fascism. And that they care so little about other people. I no longer think people are basically good. They clearly are not.

I read that the male white supremacists and rapists are already attacking women because of the orange tumor election. It's a horrible time to be female. As if it's ever been that good of a time in this world. The 1990s, maybe?

I hate my sister again!

I'm trying not to be upset about the election but it's getting harder the more thoughts come into my head of all the things that can happen, vague as they are, for now.

I;m feeling sad and desperate and I can't sleep. And it's not about the elections right now.

I read that alt right groups are getting worse in Cape Breton and I am worried for my safety due to being female and on the spectrum. I'm not sure it's safe for me to go anywhere by myself even in broad daylight anymore.
