Mashed Potatoes, Chicken, and Peas! It tastes really good paired together, and uhh yea :bounce:

That does sound good. Of course, you need to make a pit in the mashed potatoes and put the peas in there and then cover it all with gravy. Right?

Interestingly enough, the 2017 Ig Nobel Prize in Medicine had to do with the neural scanning of people to study the neural basis for the disgust of cheese.

The study of food aversion in humans by the induction of illness is ethically unthinkable, and it is difficult to propose a type of food that is disgusting for everybody. However, although cheese is considered edible by most people, it can also be perceived as particularly disgusting to some individuals. As such, the perception of cheese constitutes a good model to study the cerebral processes of food disgust and aversion. In this study, we show that a higher percentage of people are disgusted by cheese than by other types of food.

I assume an ancient wizard has cursed these people and that if I slay the wizard it will free these poor souls from their woeful curse.

When I was living alone, I can have macaroni & cheese, I don't celebrate Thanksgiving & Christmas, I'm happy sitting at home eating one of my frozen meals & having my cat with me. I'm in a group home without my cat, I feel like I lost my child. I have NOTHING to be thankful for. I wish I was dead. I been getting more health problems.

Well we had thanksgiving in Canada a while ago. But I don't mind having another reason for a feast. :D My ideal feast would feature a big hunk of meat, probably ham or turkey, plus some type of fish, crab legs, shrimps and tofu for veg guests, sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes, stuffing, two or three vegetables, a plate of assorted fruit, bowl of punch and my homemade cornbread. Dessert would probably involve cheesecake or some chocolate cake. If my mom is around I'd like to have her pot-stickers for appetizers. :)

I can hardly believe Americans haven't had thanksgiving yet. It's snowing here and everyone's getting ready for Christmas. :D Talk about that, what I listed above is probably what I'll serve for Christmas.

This looks like it ought to be a holiday feast. Apparently, though, it is a nightly feast at the Hobbit village in New Zealand:
