Was TP referencing the television show of the same name?

I took what she said as an abbreviation for those "on the fringes of society".

I wonder what she meant? Maybe she could clarify? :chin:

It seems quite possible that she meant on the fringes of society, especially given her current signature. Then again, she might’ve meant something else entirely. :shrug:
