A few things have happened over the past month, here at WP. I've been asked some innocent questions that I took to heart. Questions about my obsession, which is intertwined with my personality. I did feel hurt and I've almost left. I forgive everybody, now.

The strange thing is that I'm always starting threads to apologize. Now I'm telling everybody that I forgive them.

I also forgive anybody who's hurt me on WP, over my 6 years, here. :)

Sometimes forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. That's good. :)

I didn't mean to hurt you Cockney, I don't understand people well, I have my
own obsessions that seem to run my life to the determent of all other things.

I remember I asked you about your obsessions a couple weeks ago, so... if I offended you in any way, I'm sorry.

That is one gift I WISH I could give myself but it is hard to come by.
Cockney Rebel, I too felt VERY hurt often on this site. Once to the point of never, ever wanting to return. But I too may have hurt someone too but they never said anything about it. I came here thinking I could be myself and just finally express myself without ridicule or nitpicking but it was far worse here than in the NT world. But still there are a few true gems on this site. Truly compassionate people but some of the rest really lack empathy and they hurt you just the same whether they realize it or not. So, I'd say "take what you need and leave the rest" would be the best advice for everybody.

Cockney, I hope that I didn't say anything to upset you either. If I did, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to.

I did actually complain to a moderator about you CR!

It felt like you weren't actually engaging with us.
It felt like you we're just in this mad rush to beat TimTex to the highest post count.

I felt really discouraged when I logged on to a forum and it was "CockneyRebel"
All the way down. :(

As someone who will never get anywhere near your post count,
I really don't understand the importance you place upon it.

I feel like you have become complacent and take your place for granted.

I really hope in the future you will will be more engaging and responsive
to the members who are active at the moment.

Most of them are newcomers who deserve attention and support
in a time of crisis and upheaval from cherished beliefs of
"I'm normal, if only I could ..."

Us old timers have probably got through to the other side,
but we should always remember what got us here :

Short summary. CR is a very sensitive person and when people ask her about her obsessions or say something about them, she take it personally thinking she is being attacked or something. Even one of my friends here was the victim of this when she sent her a PM telling her her feedback about her interests.
