While it is fun to moralize about the evils of war, it is unrealistic.
I shudder at the thought of a person who thinks that it is only a matter of "fun" to discuss the morality of war and that it has no bearing on reality.

It is easy to forget about morality or dismiss it as merely a "fun" game/triviality when you have god on your side. A god who conveniently validates any choice you want to make. It sure must be nice to have a god who always agrees with what you think.
But just remember: The other side has god on their side as well. For every time you thanked god, someone on the other side also thanked god. So the situation we have here is 2 opposing sides who continually thank and praise god, they both think that god condones their war against the other side. What a farce.

N.B.: This is not to be interpreted as support for Saddam Hussein. I do NOT support or defend him. I am just saying that on account of BOTH sides, the religious aspect is a farce.
