To figure out your power level, just add your height in inches with your weight. Then, add how much you can bench press (eg how many lbs you can lift), then add your age. After that divide that sum by 50, and you got your power level! Keep in mind the average human power level is between 5-8.

I can make 250W average for one hour. And drop dead at the end. They need to carry me off my bike. (That power output is pretty good for an amateur.) Top pro cyclists can make 450W for an hour. Crazy.

That's my kind of power level. I don't do weights.
