Please post links to any YouTube videos here that have deeply moved you, made you laugh more than you have in a long time, or have changed your life/your outlook in some way.

Hopefully this way we can all benefit greatly from the hidden treasures others have found! :D

Although this last two are in German, so I doubt many people will be able to understand them. :(

How could I forget this one?! I love it. It's a skit from a Latvian show (although the skit is in English) making fun of the Latvian prime minister in an interview he did awhile ago.

This isn't really Great, but made me laugh. Pres. 'O'bama' has arrived in Ireland today. I hadn't realised he had Irish ancestry.

I was completely obsessed with A-ha between the ages of 11 and 15. I still have all my posters, scrapbooks, scarves, flags etc. somewhere.

that is mesmerising. i know that the sequence of harmonic relations with each other repeats itself over and over, but i would have liked the video to run until all the pendulums ("pendula" does not seem to exist) had stopped swinging anyway.

i am going to watch it again.

^I couldn't stop watching the pendulum waves either, and that song with the bearded guy clones was one of the most addictive things I've ever seen.

Thankyou everyone for sharing, there's some fantastic stuff on here already! :) I'll add another.

^This is really long (it's in several parts, and I've put the link to part 1) but it's definitely one of the best comedy shows I've ever seen. It's ridiculously clever and really makes you think.

i know i have posted this before, but newer people may not have seem it, so i will post it again.

it is absolutely brilliant. if you watch it carefully, you will see that every strike of every surface is correspondent to a note in the soundtrack. the music is beautiful even without the animation, but the brilliance of the animation is intensely impressive to me. i love to watch it like a hawk and see the notes expressed in motion.

The song is called Comptine D'un Autres Ete L'apres Midi and it is by Yann Tiersen. I saw this video some moths ago and it was what introduced me to Yann Tiersen's music. The song itself will forever be ingrained in my memoryas one of the very first I could play on the piano(Been playing for about a year and I'm really good at it). The video still makes me b'aww my eyes out, lulz.

I love the Ehow videos by Hal Thompson. They're instructional videos on the occult made by Aaron Yonda's fictional socially awkward expert of the esoteric, Hal Thompson. They've been a big influence on my sense of humor.
