What was the first word you said, and (optional) where/when did you say it?

Mine was "wow" at age 2 on the "it's a small world" ride.

My first word my mom never talks about, she talks about my sister's which was book, brother's which was mama, but not mine.

here is what happened. Because of my hearing problems, I only heard what was shouted...not nice things are often shouted. My parrents fought alot, so I heard alot of what was shouted.

Well I was a late talker, which they didn't know why until I was tested in school.
While I was in a penicostal church with my grandmother. I stood-up in the pew and shouted "Godd@mit Grandma."
Everyone heard it. Grandma would not take me back to church untill I was at least 5.
A heretic from the get go.

But in daycare and preschool, I was always in trouble for swearing like a fish. Then they put me in time out and I would cry my eyes out cause I could not understand what I did wrong. I did not learn that swearing was "wrong" or at least inapproprate until I was at 5 or so.

Still dont think it is wrong, just some people are sensitive.

Jojo

"Nine"/"Nein", depending on your take on it.
I was approximately six months of age. My brother--then nearly three--was learning about numbers and I soaked up a lot of the names/images of the numbers from being around when he was learning. We had a ball that had colored numbers on it, and I would always like to look at the 9. (Red number, blue background.) I still remember some of the other colors for the numbers (3 was red with a yellow background, for instance.) I think the thing popped when I was around four, so it lasted several years.

"Up", followed by "The Knee"

I was watching my brother do this weird flip / roll thing on the floor, and I called it "Up The Knee"

According to sources I consider reliable, mine were, "boy oh boy!"

I haven't changed a bit, either.
