If so, what? Why did you start? Do you enjoy it?

I'm jumpy as hell with instruments. I started off learning clarinet, then learnt piano, then guitar. Now I sing, but I'm getting a ukulele of christmas. (I still keep up clarinet and piano for fun now and again, considering getting lessons for piano or clarinet again. Guitar? Forget it.)
I'd love to play harp but too expensive.

/off on a tangent.

I have an acoustic guitar since 2005, but I never had the drive to practice everyday and learn. I cannot play, but I sometimes search for tablatures of songs I like just for fun. Mostly video game music.

I am very good at memorizing tablatures and I can find the frets without looking, but my fingers are not dextrous enough to play complicated songs. No Sweet Child o' Mine guitar solo for me.

But I wish I could play organ or piano.

I started piano when I was 6 because my parents put me into it, and took lessons until I was 16. I wish I didn't have to stop, but my parents stopped paying for it at that age. I still play piano and write songs.

At 16 I started paying for my own voice lessons, and I still take them to this day.

At age 13 I taught myself how to play the flute, and kept playing all through high school, even winning a scholarship to band camp. I've lost a lot of skill in my flute playing, because I don't really play any more.

A friend is teaching me the cello right now, and while I'm definitely a beginner, I'm not horrible at it. If I had access to a cello, I would keep going, but I don't, so I probably won't.

I also briefly played the trumpet and french horn in high school.

I want to learn the guitar. That is my next project.

I technically play the piano, but I'm really not very good at all lol. I took a lot of lessons when I was younger, but got bored and gave it up for a few years...I only recently started playing again. I actually was inspired to take it up again when I started developing a huge interest in classical music, and I do enjoy it a lot even if I can't exactly play very many things (or very well for that matter) lol.

I've started to teach myself to play the drums two years ago. I enjoy it. :)

Yes, I've played piano for almost ten years - maybe that's why I can type quite fast
I've also played double bass but gave up when I got depressed, but there's a cello downstairs waiting to be fixed and a saxophone lost somewhere in the house...if only I had the time.

Darbuka for belly dancers for almost a decade, mostly self-taught. My childhood history with music is too complicated to get into here. Let's just say I had interest and drive much more than support. But I play an instrument now, and that's what really matters. Better that than to have played only then and not now, if given a choice.

I play guitar. I don't play very often though.

Piano, but I won't say that I'm very good. I also used to play the recorder and the violin.

I have tried several instruments but I don't have the commitment or motivation to practice.
I have tried and I still own a guitar, bass, mandolin, violin, ukulele, harmonica, drum machine and tin whistle.
Stringed instruments are an obsession of mine but I don't have natural talent so learning would be hopeless.

Piano, Drums, and Saxophone are the instruments I know how to play. The piano has really come in hand at times ;)

Been playing piano off and on since I was about... hmm... 13?

Guitar since around 14. I make finger picking stuff (but no classic guitar music). I dont really play music for other people, I prefer playing when alone and I play the same over and over until its perfect. Maybe one day I will *complete* a perfect piece...
