I am in control of my money. I do pay bills, and set aside some to play with

My husband does it even though I earn most of our money. I feel like a child who has to ask Daddy for a treat if I want to buy anything.

I only have control over the savings account which I can't even tough yet. My husband controls all the money. However I will be controlling my son's account real soon. If I want to spend money, I have to use my credit card and my husband pays it when he gets the bill. Only thing about it is, I am worried of spending too much on it.

Three years ago, I handed over control of my money to a protected payee.

Amazingly, I have no resentments over this arrangement. Since this happened, all of my bills were paid on time, I had not had a single overdraft fee, and I found myself able to stop worrying about having enough money to cover medication co-pays and trips to the grocery store.

Yeah, I suck at handling money.

I've done a pretty good job. It has a lot to do with having a job when I was 11. I knew the value of money when I was young.

I have control of my own money. My wife and I both work and have our own separate checking and savings accounts.

I handle just about all of the family finances. I also do most of the household purchasing, so I have to keep on top of it to stay on budget.

I handle my own money, what little there is of it. There is no way I'd let someone else handle my money. It's mine.

Yeah, as if I would ever let that happen. Someone tries to get control of my money and the result won't be pretty.
