Apparently smoking plain marijuana is not enough for stoners anymore, now they have came up with crystal meth-like marijuana substance called wax, which is just THC derived from marijuana using butane gases :/

Do people honestly smoke this wax s**t without thinking about the amount of brain damage you'd sustain from having butane gas in your system or other health risks ? I wouldn't mind it so much if wax was created using alternative methods without harmful chemicals but people seem to be getting dumber and dumber

I just live life, don't need to modify my outlook with chemicals

I don't smoke weed. I've got no time to because it just makes me really really really really laaaaaaazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyy.

I have enough unhappiness in my life without drugs.

Found out that there is alcoholism in both sides of my family, so there is a genetic probability of addiction to any drug /alcohol.

I have always instinctively avoided both, like I knew that any of it was dangerous for me.

I could be mistaken, but wax just sounds like cannabis oil or resin. Using Butane as a solvent is actually quite effective, and given it's low boiling point it is very easy to purge from the final product.

Of course, finding pure Butane can be a problem and there are important saftey considerations given that Butane can cause explosions. Stupid people should not be playing with Butane.

A purer smoke isn't necessarily a more dangerous smoke, provided that the participants don't try something stupid like driving when high. I would argue that oil / wax / hashish is probably safer than most if not all alcoholic beverages that can be legally bought from licensed premises.
(smoking anything is harmful, BTW, though wax can be eaten)

Interesting factoid: I smoked a huge dose of concentrated THC recently, large enough that some folk might consider it an 'overdose'. I didn't die, didn't rob or rape anyone. Instead, I had a really good night's sleep.

I agree, dumber and dumber and dumber. Can't even go to store to buy bath salts to take a hot soak anymore because taken off shelf so people with IQ of dirty ashtray are snorting bath salt, mainlining eyedrops, I heard kids are now raiding lawns to use old poodle poop for lip balm.
