Anyone else have trouble stopping eating choccy once they start?
I so envy those who have a savoury tooth rather than a sweet one. I have always loved anything sweet or chocolatey.

Any tips for how to stop eating it? What might take the cravings away ?

I can't stop either.

The only way to stop me eating chocolate is to not have it in the house, or to hide it from me!

My problem is I keep buying it whenever I go to the store to get my usual shopping. I almost managed not to tonight, but there were these large bags of chocolate buttons sitting on the checkout where I talk to my friend lol, and yes, you guessed it...

What's interesting is that I crave the stuff more the more depressed I am, and then I learned that chocolate is an antidepressant and an aphrodesiac. :D

Tips to stop eating it?? Noooo!! 8O

You're kidding right?

I've been able to give up alot of things that are bad for my health...smoking, drinking, excess salt, being talked into bad haircuts, fast cars, and most recently....men...but never, ever the chocolate.

Besides...aren't they saying now that it's good for you?

Nope, sorry, that doesn't work  they say a few squares of very dark chocolate can be good, but that is about it.
I don't think that applies to a large bag of milk chocolate buttons :P

Chocoholic? That's me! I like both sweet and savoury foods, though.
