Yep yep... my boyfriend of nearly 10 months is now my fiance, officially. He proposed on the 20th, after we had a huge fight :lol: He even gave me a lovely gold ring with a white topaz.

Sadly he had to leave today, back to Norfolk, and we won't see each other for quite some time. I'm proud that he is in the Navy... but I wish I could have him back home with me. I'm going to miss him terribly.

I had a boyfriend who was in the Navy, stationed at Norfolk too. Don't know whether he's still there now though.

I wish you both lots of luck. It will be hard for you being a Navy wife see what programs are offered at the base you are stationed at.
