I swear, I strain to get 50 feet. My weak upper back might account for it, or the lack of practice in my youth, but it sucks, I just can't launch that thing like most guys.

I can't catch a ball, hit a ball, kick a ball or throw a ball.
If a ball/other object is being kicked or thrown around me I get scared and flinch a lot.

Not well. Horrible coordination and weakness (I'm lucky if I can lift 35 lbs.)

yeah the same apply to me. But one who really can is my CAT! She has an extraordinary sense for balls. I throw one to her and she doesnt seem to react at all but when it pass by her she smootly strech her paw out and catch it very very precisely on the spot it passes by. She can do many tricks with balls. And she do like to play ball with me despite my lack of sense for them!

I can throw quite far. I can't aim it though. I can't catch either.

One of the worst experiences of my childhood was of having to play cricket in P.E. It was bad enough when I was in the field, supposed to catch the ball, but ever more awful were the times I had to bat. I could never manage to connect the cricket bat with the ball. I'd have to stand up their for ten minutes at a time swinging worthlessly, whilst everyone else watched, until finally the person behind the stumps managed to catch the ball and put me out of misery.

I can throw a ball but don't expect me to actually have any sort of aim. I can't catch one to save my life.

I could always throw a ball but I sucked at it when I was little. When I was in 4th grade, I got criticized for how I threw. My friend Jennifer who was bullying me said I have long arms so I should throw very far. My dad even caught one of my throws on camera when I was seven. I was playing out in the snow in our backyard and he told me to throw a snowball at him so I picked it up and I threw it but it landed right in front of me so I kept trying and it kept landing in front of me, not going even a few feet.

I could catch a ball when I played softball in 5th grade. I got better at throwing as I got older, I had to work at it. My throws were better when I was 16 because girls were giving me that compliment telling me my throws were better than the year before.

Throwing a ball is all mechanics (and, to varying degrees with different types of balls) leverage. If you don't know logistically how to maximize the power in a particular type of throw, then muscle mass is totally irrelevant.

I played baseball most of my life so I can throw pretty much any round ball at a level beyond what anyone would expect from a dude my size (I'm short like 5'8" so I don't have leverage on my side at all). But if you give me a football it's just embarrassing--no one ever taught me to throw one of those.

I can throw a ball very far as I have strong arms, but I cannot aim it with any kind of accuracy. In school I excelled at shot put and discus as they could land in a fairly wide area and aim was not particularly important.

Why on earth would you want to throw a ball? I like balls; they are my favorite shape, and make me think of pi. And that makes me think of pie, which is even better. I wouldn't want to throw a ball or a pie.

Oh, wait, you mean like sports, and that kind of thing. Like where people get together and run around, throw balls, and scream angrily at each other but claim to be loving every minute of it. I forgot people do that.

No, I can't throw a ball, or catch one. If a ball is headed in my general direction, I move away and pretend not to see it. So far no one has had a problem with that.
