Since I'm still having bad tummy pains, I'm starting out slow - protein shake, yogurt with probiotics, and a Boost clear. We'll see how it goes.......

I made pasta and cheese with weird herbs sprinkled in then had grapes, slices of cucumber and banana slices. Gonna have ham and cheese slice soon and chomp down some chocolate.
