One of my stepbrothers went out on our back patio to smoke, and he found one of my old, old coping items stuck in the bushes.
It's a plastic seal that was part of this old fishing game I had as a kid...only I thought it was a catfish instead of a seal and called him "Jake." I took this guy absolutely everywhere and he was even one of my first obsessions (one of the ones that nearly drove my mother crazy with me talking about him all the time) 
I have no idea how he got into our bushes, and it's kind of sad to see how he's all busted up now, but it's great to have him back.

^^^ LtlPinkCoupe, that is such a sweet story! I'm so happy for you! I think you should try to restore Jake like you restore plushies that you rescue. Looks like all he needs is some super glue for his fin, and maybe some googly eyes and a fresh coat of paint (or heck, even painted eyes!) He'll be back to normal in no time.

i listened to all the albums by my favourite bands, rise against, boysetsfire and enter shikari. i had quite a bit of free time today, for once.
