I think if I started smoking, I would be chain smoking pretty quick.

I would like to say, dare I say, I think that I might have reached a 'plateau' of sorts when it comes to 'talk therapy'.

I used to chain it but then I used to do a lot of things I don't do anymore.

Maybe that's where I've been going wrong all these years.

It sounds like it takes a lot of will power to be able to reduce the intake. I do know others who have done the same.

The thought of dying of lung cancer (slowly suffocating), and also the costs of smoking, is the main reasons why I don't do it. I bet it feels really good though. If Vaping was aloud in Norway, I might have tried it.

I get the chewing it or sniffing it, but how would you put tobacco on your skin? 8O

I didn't know vamping wasn't allowed in Norway. It seems to have become the fashion near where I live. I did have a go a while back but there's nothing like the real thing for me.

Vaping is actually worse for you and it's horrible anyway, even the flavoured ones. Better to not smoke at all really. Not to mention vapes have other dangers, if u left it charging too long and tried to vape it would blow up in your face

I've had coffee and breakfast. Time for a nap?

It probably refers to the nicotine patches people use to quit smoking. For sure, don't roll them up and smoke them!

To be clear, I wasn't laughing at you. I found the rolling up the nicotine patches and smoking them thing hilarious.

I enjoy a roll up. But for me it's not really just about the smoking I the cigarette, I enjoy the ritual of rolling it and all it entails.

I put a lot if love into it.

My alarm clock woke me up this morning even though I didn't set it.

I went to turn it off and realised the noise was in my head.

I used to get that!
I also used to get a whomping sound when I was driving like my car had a flat tyre.
I'd stop the car to look and realise the noise was still playing in my head.
I don't get it now, thankfully.
Weird experience.
