Overcooked curry. I left it on warm in the crock pot all night, and it was well cooked to start. The potatoes dissolved. The lamb isn't dissolved, but more slow cooked than I planned, and all the connective tissue is now edible and tasty. However, the meat lost a lot of flavor somehow. I think I can figure out how to use this experience to make a super collagen rich bone broth curry, so I consider it a step on the road to success.

Not pizza, just the last of my food. A pita topped with bastrima and cheddar and toasted. Pretty yummy.

Peppers stuffed with ground beef, rice, cheese and tomatoes, and then ate some strawberry yogurt with dark chocolate for dessert. :)
