Sometimes I wonder if the worst of all aspies remain the worst solely because of circumstances, and at the same time never had thought about which stuff is actually worth trying hard instead focusing of keeping everything 'safe' for the sake of need.

But I won't blame them. I blame anxiety and it's persistent need of being 'safe'. But anxiety is from circumstances. So blame circumstances. :lol: What causes said circumstances? That's up to the aspie him/herself to point.

As for myself, I'd say, I blame the need. :twisted: Not it's catalysts nor it's victim's willpower, but simply the need.

I wonder if there's even going to be a Christmas party for my coworkers and I this year. My manager seemed to be dragging her heels about it when I last talked to her two weeks ago before I got sick. Now that I'm feeling better and going back to work this week, I'll ask her again.
