Headline from an article in this week's New Scientist magazine that made me spit coffee everywhere...
Slug superglues its enemies to trees for days.
Gardeners beware! 8O :skull:

Would it find it to be an overtly 'made by commitee' commercialized decision to name a university 'McMaster' ?. In Hamilton, Ontario there is one named that. I still find it strange to wrap my head around the name and how it's named after one 'William McMaster'.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rob_Liefe ... and_praise

Quote:
Comics writer Grant Morrison credited the Image creators with "rescuing" American comics, explaining that they responded to children's tastes of the time, and brought comics back to their basic superhero roots following the British Invasion in comics and the popularization of titles typified by Vertigo Comics, of which Morrison himself was a part.

I feel like saying 'I agree with this' given how the 'Fox kids' X-men and Spider-man cartoons were basically my intro to the Marvel U and when it comes to pitching an 'archetypical' look for American comics the *pencil work* on figures done in the 90's still stands in my mind as what I think of automatically/consider the 'consummate' example.

 Dang, imagining even an apparently uneventful autobiographical comic done in the vein of Jim Lee sounds fun to me and I wish I could draw the ppl I know like that ^_^ !.
