My stomach is making some very strange noises

I hate it when that happens. It's really annoying when I'm minding my own business and my stomach starts gurgling. Being emetophobic (afraid of vomiting), I always fear it's a sign that I'm going to be sick, even though that never comes to pass.

I hate when it happens in extremely quiet places, like in exams or at the library. People around me can probably hear it gurgling away

The stomach growling sound is basically the sound of gas traversing the intestines, not necessarily an indication of potential involuntary vomiting.

^ ^ maybe the stomach thing is an anxiety thing.

I have this anxiety related stomach thing. I manage my days to avoid it though, because it indicates sensory overload, for me, & will probably mean headache or nausea is not too far away & anyway it just feels yucky. I don't put up with it.

I am sooo addicted to Battestar Galactica right now.

I'm staying up late & then going downstairs, so I can watch it all on my own. I'm up to the end of Season Three now, although I actually also have the movie which I 've only watched half of.
but because the movie takes place at the beginning I'm just not that interested in watching it right now.

i'm hoping my DVD rental shop will order in Season four soon

I stayed up till real late and yet I didn't really have enough sleep last night due to excitement... I hate that when it happens sometimes.

I'm going back to bed. I've typed out an article for my clubhouse paper on my recovery from Depression and Psychosis, and now it's time to hit the hay.
