I need more coffee.

Mom was going to take me out to lunch today, but I slept in until noon. After I got up I called her and she said she got so hungry she had lunch without me. I'm going to have to set my alarm next time.

^ Oh, that's very disappointing. I would be angry with myself.

The weather forecast for the week has changed completely from mostly sunny week to showery week. Now I can't use my bike to go to work.

I don't feel well today.

My basement is a mess and I don't have any clean jeans to wear. Guess I'll be doing laundry, that is if I don't fall asleep first.

Rough day at work today. A computer program I use for data entry was down today, so I was unable to catch up on that. I am frustrated because I was out last week due to illness, and knowing that a computer program is down, I find getting everything done in time near-impossible.

I stupidly left chestnuts in the kitchen cupboard for 10 days and now the kernels seem to have shrunk a bit. They are not rotten or moldy but are certainly not fresh. I don't know what to do with them.

Jk1, the same happened to me with a wheat loaf. It turned all green. I gave it to house ants. No ants any more.

If I'm reading between the lines correctly apparently I'm a noise disturbance with my coughing/throat clearing. Handing me a pack of strepsils was their way of telling me to shut up. I can't help it, it's THEIR air conditioning making my throat tickly.

My friend's mother wants to set the router to disable internet access after 1am if I can't prove to her that I can flip over my sleep schedule and land a job. This has been making me feel extremely anxious, as it could disrupt something I've come to accept as a part of my routine, that is staying up all night on the internet, when it is calm and peaceful and the cool Europeans I like talking to are online. I know I've been needing a job, and I actually have an interview for one booked in less than two hours, but one way or another my routine is going to be disrupted, and I'm having a hard time trying to accept it.

i found out yesterday that my grandmother's house in Jalisco was robbed.

My mother and father are six feet deep. I feel alone at times. There's no one to tell these little things of everyday life.

^ That makes me sad. That will eventually happen to me, too, unless I somehow end up going before they do. I have my sisters but we will eventually all be gone. What a sad thing to think!

Why does that Mr Sweaty guy from Newcastle seem to avoid interacting with me? He's been liaising with our linedance group for 4 years now and he still doesn't know my name or how long I've been dancing. I also found out he's NOT actually married/partnered to that older lady he always travels with. I wonder if his behavior was his way of saying he's "not available" none the less. He doesn't seem to act that way towards anyone else there because they're all 55+ and out of his age range for dating.
