A big chunk of Atika, an aged California goat/sheep cheese. I warmed it up a little in the oven, and it has an amazing texture and flavor. I wish I had some nice ham.

A breakfast bowl from Farmer Brothers. It had a funny aftertaste. Now, I wonder what motivated me to keep eating it.

The proper term for the recipe is Greek Dolmades. If you like vegetarian food I highly suggest them. I'm not sure how they are made but they are delicious. I just call them stuffed grape leaves.

They are stuffed with rice, olive oil, and pine nuts. I've had some which were delicious, and some which were dry and tasteless. The Persian grocery near my house makes great ones.
