I went 'round to a friend's place to play Xbox. As he played he was snogging his girlfriend. It was very distracting. I felt like a third wheel. They'd probably be better off if I didn't bother coming. They seem to have enough fun without me. Also I can't help but feel a pang of jealousy or even shame because I have no one to blame but myself.

Well, it was after midnight so I guess technically it was today, but I read an article on Cracked.com after clicking on a link at TV Tropes that was titled "5 TV Shows That Lost Their S**t"., As in shows that started out decent or fairly normal but then all kinds of weird, stupid or confusing things happened, usually near the end of the series. One of the shows was Family Matters and they described Steve Urkel right away as having Asperger's. I felt insulted since they just automatically assume a stereotypical nerd must have Asperger's. Nerds are supposed to be, you know, really smart and love school and studying to get good grades. In junior high I was never accused of being a "nerd" because my grades all went down the toilet along with almost everything that made my life at school bearable. :(

The weather forecast for the week has changed completely from mostly sunny week to showery week. Now I can't use my bike to go to work.

It turned out all right, because on Wednesday both my parents and I went out for supper, and then we went to the annual Farmers Exhibition to see all the animals and I won a big pink inflatable dolphin at one of the games. :)

i saw some instant-camera pictures my sister took with her friends at the sleepover 2 nights ago, and as always she seemed to be having the time of her life.

People take less on a 4 week camping trip than I do with the internal mail between offices. My car boot is FULL!! I had to take 4 trips down to the car and back to put it all in. This is turning into a weekly occurrence, it's ridiculous. Plus I can never get a park out the front at the other office to drop it all off.

Next week if it's the same amount of stuff I'm just going to leave it all behind with a note, "hire a f*****g taxi truck".

It's never raining when I'm in bed trying to sleep. On those rare occasions, I can drift off pretty swiftly. I'd buy one of those rain sound machines if they sounded even remotely real. Too bad they don't.

The members' phone at Stepping Stones - my clubhouse was ringing today, so I picked it up and there was a recording that said, "Thank you for choosing West Jet!" It's pretty low for a telemarketer to phone a clubhouse for people with mental health issues, on the member's line.

there's not a single place in the state that isn't in 'severe drought', we risk facing huge fines and "water school" for water overuse.
we're battling each other for aquifers now, i mean how many straws can you stick into one glass?? :?

Oh believe me, school never bothers me. But the notion that the temperatures are going to cool down for fall in September is not making me happy.

Oh we'll, i guess it's just transition.
