an experiment with some leftover ground pork that was nearing the expiration date. fried it in white pepper, rosemary, tamari, and cooking mirin. tasted kind of like some sort of meat candy, or almost like a soft teriyaki flavored jerky... though, it could potentially and unknowingly taste/smell like horror to another's palate. it's kind of hard to know in not being able to share such things.
