couldn't find my sketchbook tonight, i left it in the exact same place i always do, but it wasn't there.
someone had to have moved it.

I don't have as much free time as I want today.

The lights here keep coming on by themselves, or maybe I bumped one of the "broken" light switches that might actually control them...

I'd be pretty freaked out if I tested it and found that the broken switches are in fact quite broken.

My daughter's being horrible towards me for some reason.

Slept in way too late this morning.

Now, today I went to the local store. And there is a pub one yard from the front door.

I did my shopping in the store, and went out to my car. Now this fellow in the pub balcony shouted at me, "Hey, you, you who speak English, come here."

I did what he wished. This was a mistake. I found myself in the midst of a family crisis, trying to mediate between Finnish and Thai cultures in English.

I'm just worried about Barb and her bedbug situation. She's getting her apartment sprayed for the fourth time tomorrow. The woman next door to her is a hoarder and the staff in that building found bedbugs crawling on her clothes. Barb has bedbugs because of her. Things should be fine after the fourth spray, I hope.

I bought three big pineapples. I accidentally dropped the least ripe of the three on the floor and it got slightly damaged. Now I have to eat this least ripe one before the two riper ones because of this damage. I just hope those riper ones will still be ok until I'm ready to eat them.

I have once dropped a 13-mm wrench on the floor in a hardware store without any such consequences. I didn't feel obliged to eat it.
