There's been plenty in the northwest with big groups, I guess I'm just too damn shy. The UK has plenty as well.

meetup.com would be the place to look, I haven't a clue what other places have.

You're lucky then. Sometimes what we do when we go to the local curry house is look for one that ain't licensed. That way you can get your own beer in that complements the dish better.
