I did a drawing of Spring flowers and sent them to someone currently in deep despair. This has otherwise been a low productivity week for me. Too much energy going out but not much coming in. Which is my own fault.

Risking listening to the audiobook version of 'The conspiracy against the human race: A contrivance of horror' by Thomas Ligotti.

Caring based on 'Eros' instead of 'Logos' would help..

I sorted through some baby clothes I got as a gift to my son so that I can wash them in warm water.

Had xrays at the hospital (these were scheduled, not an emergency) for an injured shoulder that has caused months of teeth-gritting pain.

I think my horoscope stars must all be lined up in some unfortunate mode lately, be darn good when they all sort themselves out!!

I hope you find something to help with the shoulder pain. 2 grams daily of concentrated curcumin/piperine help me with my orthopedic issues.

It really does help AB! I have been taking a pill for the past few weeks composed of

Turmeric in a bioavailable form with a compound trademarked as Paractin.

I didn't think it would help much if at all, though anything reasonable was worth trying at that stage. It reduced the pain from the 8+ end of the out of ten scale to about 5-7 overall, which was remarkable. The bones are still as damaged, I think, though the compound seemed to work on reducing the inflammation around the bones, muscles and tendons in the affected shoulder.

If anyone wants to know the brand name, where to get it online, just PM me. It isn't wildly expensive and has had no harmful side effects.

Played "Kings in the Corner" card game with one of my kids.
A Church with the family.
Took a short walk.
Stopped at two grocery stores for Thanksgiving dinner ingredients.
Stopped at a drugstore for more earplugs
Baked two loaves of bread, cubed and dried them (mmmmm...stuffing)
Baked a skillet of cornbread, cubed and dried it (mmmm...2nd kind of stuffing)
Made concentrated chicken/vegetable broth in the pressure cooker.
De-boned cooked chicken backs/feet and ground it now dehydrating it for the dog.
Made cranberry/orange sauce from fresh.
Cooked some bacon in the oven to be used on Thursday in a side dish.
Loaded/unloaded the dishwasher...twice.

I'm pretty tired. NOT a typical day.
