Yep, I'll be going out again in a few hours to secure my supplies. Might be more wine, but maybe a few more bottles or cans of dark ales, lol.

Drank the last couple ounces or so of rosemary peach grey goose. Now I’m hanging Christmas lights.

Had my usual single measure of vodka with Cola tonight. I did yesterday too... I am taking liberties because of Christmas.

Just getting through the last two bottles of McEwan's Champion Ale, which formed the mainstay of my Christmas holiday supplies. Have also had a bottle of Guinness West Indies Porter this evening.

Nah. It’ll be fine. Coffee and water today. Doubt I’ll drink alcohol. Not feeling particularly hung over or anything - no headache or nausea or anything like that; maybe just mildly dull feeling but nbd all we’re doing today is rubbing the dishwasher a couple times, doing a couple loads of laundry, and watching movies. Will have leftovers for dinner later.

Yesterdays drinks:

2 Coronas
2-3 Apple Strudel liqueur
1 Tiramisu Bailey’s
1 Whiskey from Thailand
1 Extra aged Patrona Anejo (Tequila)
3 Jameson Stout Irish whiskey old fashioned
Bit of rum in rum balls
Double Bailey’s Irish cream in coffee
Double Disaronno Amaretto + Grand Marnier in tea (“blueberry tea”)
1 can of beer that was shipped over from New Zealand

Ya know more like 16 drinks - but some of them were lighter alcohol content vs standard 40%, so probably 10-11 standard drinks worth.

That's what I'm saying.

My oldest daughter got me a bottle of Baileys for xmas, and I'm getting into that tonight. I freakin love this stuff. So tasty.

Friend brought over a box of Merlot and later that night I ate a huge helping of roast beef and went into a meat and wine coma.

On the gin and diet tonic this morning. Need to cut down on my alcohol intake really in 2024.

Years ago, I gained 10 pounds drinking Baileys every night.
Today, I got my New Year supply of bourbon and merlot. I will mix bourbon with Starbucks frappaccino.

Had a half dozen beers and a bit of fireball in the last 24h. More drinks at the beach tmw during an annual pot luck, then water after.

How much white wine does it take to see in the New Year? Meaningless question I know, but anyway over the last eight hours I've drunk a 750ml bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, and about three-quarters of a bottle of Tesco's very cheap and generic 'Zesty & Vibrant White'. Oh well, à bientôt mes amis...... :drunken:

I had a couple tall cans of 4.5% beer yesterday - very tasty stuff.. passionfruit orange ghost pepper sour. It says "Legitimately Spicy," right on the can and it is.

Also had a bit of some single malt Japanese whiskey (Nikka) that was quite nice, as well as an overproof Irish whiskey of some kind that had a pretty potent burn at ~63% alcohol.

Ate some good food on the beach and way too much junk food as it was a big pot luck around a giant bonfire. Could have drank a lot more considering I was there for over 11 hours, but didn't want to chance being over the legal limit when I left - not worth it.
