^I guess carnitas means little meats. It's sort of a pork shoulder confit. Cute in many ways.

I actually knew the meaning, my mother tongue is portuguese, and it's very similar to spanish :D (carne is also portuguese, although it would be carninhas) – I think that's why it sounds so cute to me :D

But I didn't knew the dish
it sounds nice
