Well of course they are! The ones here aren't or don't seem to be as against racial or sexuality equality, but they do all they can to screw the poor and even the needy (OAPs and the disabled). They can never push for equality cos that would mean treating everyone the same, including their rich friends, and they can't have that! Rich and overprivileged party for the rich and overprivileged, always have been and always will be.

Anyway, I don't wish to get really started on all that. I think that's enough politics for one day

I completely agree about conservatives, but I'm gonna go ahead and say that we should probably change the subject before we get in trouble.

Who here likes pie? :chef:

Here in the US we don't really do "meat pies" other than things like chicken pot pie, but the other day in Walmart I came across these. :D

I wonder if they were the same kind you guys have in the UK :chin:

You can get quite a variety of meat pies in SA.

Cornish, steak and kidney, chicken mushroom, beef, curry chicken, chicken mayonnaise, spinach and feta, ham and cheese, pepper steak to name a few.

That's pretty cool! 8) The only kind I can think of here in the US are chicken pot pie, turkey pot pie, and shepherd's pie. We may have others but those are the only three I can think of.

I think my two favorite pies are chocolate and pumpkin. We often do pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. Peach cobblers are really good too. :D

If they are smaller than other pies such as S&K, M&P and C&M/CPP, and round, then yes, they will be pretty much the same

Every time I think of meat pies I think of Sweeney Todd.

I had a Natchitoches Meat Pie in Natchitoches LA USA at Lasyone's. It was pretty awesome.

I just googled natchitoches meat pies and they look more like a pasty than a pie. In fact if you asked anyone in the UK what the picture was they'd say a pasty

A cross-over story between the X-men and the Naruto/Boruto characters would interest me.
