I can also make Chicken and Dumplings using canned biscuits. :chef:

I've never had chicken and rice, or know of anyone else around here who eats it.
I imagined it was literally a piece of fried chicken served on a bed of rice, or rice on the side.

Have you ever had chicken and dumplings?

And no Raleigh, Chicken and Rice is boiled chicken meat that is cut up and shredded and then cooked with a pot of rice. There's different ways to make it but I always use simple white rice or yellow rice.

Yeah that's how we make them! You take a can of Pillsbury southern style biscuits and cut the raw dough up, roll it in flour, and boil it in a pot of boiled chicken meat.

It's simple but tasty! :chef:

And no I've never heard chicken and rice called "bog" lol.

He's from Australia. :)

And I've never seen it but we don't normally eat at KFC. We prefer Churches or Popeyes when it comes to fried chicken. :P

They sell biscuit dough in the cold section, but biscuit dough here is sweet.
